Newbie from Basking Ridge, NJ
Hello everyone,
I want to introduce myself to the BP community. Real estate is a new venture for me and I am very excited to be a part of this community. I grew up in Clifton NJ and currently live in Basking Ridge NJ. My fiance and I purchased a home last year and are itching to learn more about RE. I work in Human Resources 9-5 and spend 5-9 on BP. I am ready to work hard for a financially free future in RE.
Best,
Rob

welcome robert. keep an eye out for the meet ups. my recommendation is to find an area and property type that works for you and get to know it top to bottom. do this quickly then make offers. the "nicer" areas and single families are less likely to cash flow.
