The system is not perfect, but it's meant to be humane.

More likely than not, they will want compensation because that's human nature when you take their things.

But for one, he never had that inspection on the house after he bought it so that is negligence on his part, by putting myself and my fiancé in a home that is not fit and habitable and by human rights and the landlord tenant act, to be living in which made me very very sick, which makes this considered not a safe or livable home.       

That is the human condition.The sooner you stop lying to yourself about it, the easier it is to do what must be done.

@Carrie Giordano  I think it goes to human nature.. especially on a public forum .. you really only see the success stories or at least 95% are success stories.. those that failed well they generally are not going to post about it.. they have either been wiped out and are no longer in the business... or they just don't want to admit that to the public that they had a project not work out the way it was intented.

I think carpeting is a crime against humanity.
