If it is owned by just you and you will not have any employees (likely) then it will likely be a disregarded entity--no need to file a separate tax return or obtain an EIN.

The southwest as a whole has gotten a lot of attention with a lot of Tech support jobs moving south b/c of a size-able employee pool and much more affordability.I don't think there is a right answer market wise but, I would say to focus on purchasing with relative value in a strong submarket.

If estimated cost is given, the landlord shall furnish the tenant with copies of paid receipts or a certification of actual costs of repairs of damage if the work was performed by the landlord’s employees within 30 days from the date the statement showing estimated cost was furnished to the tenant.Every Landlord should remember one very basic rule: you can put anything in a contract but that doesn't mean it will stand in a court of law.
