New Investor from Miramar, FL
Hello Everyone,
This is Clem from Miramar, FL and I'm new to the real estate investing world. I work full time as a Compliance Manager in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Miami. I'm looking to acquire as much knowledge as I can to help me get my foot in the door. My goal is to gradually wean myself out of being an employee to an employer. BP has been a great resource and I hope to continue to tap the knowledge of all if possible. My aim is to start with active investing in wholesaling and rehabbing and then into passive income. I'm a home owner and also a landlord by default. I'm looking forward, to interact with you all.
