Many of you have contacted us that you have had issues where the site is continuously asking you to verify your email address today, and throughout the weekend....First off - we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience, and that it is causing your experience on the site to be frustrating, but we are on top of getting this all squared away!

Not to dissuade you, there's a chance you meet a good one.The only way we will ever trust a contractor is:a) We've done business and I know they can perform (Common)b) Turnkey rentals in other markets from reputable wholesalers with their own trusted contractors (I went this route when starting)c) They have skin in the game (Rare)d) You or a trusted project manager babysits them like a hawk, with a finger on the fire button (Don't ask how I know)Every other case will result in frustration.

Likely this owner is frustrated.  

On top of this, the last tenant left the unit with a broken toilet and without a toilet tank lid and it cost him "a lot of money to fix" - which he wasn't happy about and seems to have taken his frustration out on us.Now my question is - are there landlords out there (anywhere) that would lower the rent price to have a good tenant (I feel I'm a good tenant, please correct me if I'm mistaken) that can and will maintain the property if said tenant could not afford the market value?

We have dealt with this a lot being our fist year in business, the most frustrating part is that each lender is different.

Ha haI can understand the frustration with the 2 houses payments, but I agree with Brian that you gotta get some cash out of this deal up front - 10% down.  

(We have over 300 addresses and it wouldn't make sense to pay for each lead.)Public records aren't investor friendly to say the least here in BK...We can't wait to start already with the cold calls but frustrated that we can't figure it out.Any suggestions?

I've gotten frustrated with it because I don't have the time for it.

I opened up my own company around 2 years ago after becoming frustrated with partners not performing. 

I have yet to make money from either and am really frustrated, yet know, this is something I need to master to create wealth for my family and I.
