It is a small complex so you are definitely low on the priority list and grass clippings are not all that front burner.Our HOA has a clause, since the board is totally volunteer and not the customer service department, that membership has to mail a hard copy letter to the manager and they decide what the board sees.

You should try and obtain a copy of the MLS (multiple-listing service) fact sheet on the comparable sale.

The active and sold data on sites like zillow is copied from the mls so it is good.

You won't be able to change it, but it's a question you should ask if you don't have a copy of the lease already.

I'm pretty sure if they actually do try to file a report the cop is just going to laugh at them.
