I would suggest, keeping your cash and putting as little $ down as possible :) Hi Bud,My thinking after research is that the one property paid for with cash will have the highest monthly ROI (short term) and will be a safety net in case either of the other 2 are vacant for extended times.

They asked that during the time that they are temporarily displaced or do not have access to their bathroom, they get compensated as they will be required to pay for living elsewhere and other costs will also arise like additional food, etc if they are unable to be at home.What are your thoughts on how I should handle such a request?
