Is it flat out a bad idea (keep in mind that once this job ends we are 1099 again and won't be able to a loan for several more years, hence the urgency) or is the risk minimal that the lender would become aware of our filing status of rental property?

With a smaller downpayment, we likely could’ve pushed that projected return to 10+% but we want more margin-for-error.As I mentioned by partner would like to retire in 10-years and they don’t need any cash return today so we’re going to apply all of the excess cash against the debt.

@Denita Ozenne1) Turn off main breaker 2) Take off panel cover using flat head screwdriver3) Locate 2 wires going to water heater breaker and unscrew them from breaker4) Remove breaker and take to Lowes or Home depot to find a matching replacement

I've read some people go material diving for excess/unused materials at slab/appliance/cabinet yards but we don't have much of that (it seems) around North NJ and I work a full-time job so my time to scope material yards is somewhat limited.Where do you all go?
