Hello everyone, I've been reading a lot and listening to the podcasts over the past year or so. I've been been looking for ways to replace my 9-5 as an electrician for a while now and came across bigger pockets.
We just bought a new house in December 15' and decided to rent out our old one. We are able to cover the rental's mortgage and make a few hundred on top of that each month. Currently we are saving for our next property, either a duplex or three flat.
My goal is to hopefully quit my 9-5 within the next 10 years, I'm mostly looking for buy and holds, but might be interested in some flips if the right deal comes along.
