Is there any website i can use to find a floor plan of an existing house even if i dont  own it?

We plan to do a cash out refinance and keep this as a long term hold.

The plan is to create an Excel sheet where I could plug the basics into a formula and it would give me a side-by-side view of how the investment looks with each fund option. 

Presently inhabited by tenants with plans to eject them if necessary.

And plan to hold it forever, even if they outlaw STR.

I'd rather not do an entire cash-out refi because I have a much better rate on the property than I could get today.With a 70% LTV planning factor, I'd still have plenty of room for the cash I'm looking for to make the down payment (~125k).Thanks for any help/advice!
