I understand that the rezoning process can be difficult, but if I (as a real estate agent) happened upon a larger plot of land with dozens of acres, how much sense would it make to find a list of residential developers here in OK as well as surrounding states to market that land to? 

Maybe before starting the process of building a rental portfolio hack your primary loans.
