@Lucas Miles, if you really want to try to fight this, start with a conversation with the utility dept.If you don't get anywhere, try a township hall meeting.Still does not work, try the local press.All else fails, raise your rents.

@Benjamin J Paoletti some years back I had so many issues with tenant "junk", it got so out of hand that I had so much dumpster service for such I had the dumpster companies calling me fighting to gain the account, a sign things were going very not good.
