Most people suggest finding an independent agent who can shop multiple carriers as the best option and that is a good idea also but know that some Indy agent's don't want investor business so I'll say it simply Indy's are great but not all Indy's want your business.

We have also asked for a 1099C document for their business and they don't have it as they are a real estate investor.Now we are not able to decide whether to pass on this tenant or consider them?
