It appears to work with Airbnb and VRBO with the ical feature.

Then go to hard-money and search your state.They recently added a new feature allowing you to put in some basic info and get a lead request sent to the company.

As for Black Friday - ELECTRONICS are going to hit crazy low numbers so if you need Google or Amazon products for "smart" home features, I would jump on those deals.

I think you get a certain number of low-level searches for free, & I found myself using this service regularly so I signed up for the pro-lite account, and have been very happy with its features & consider it a good use of my money, saving a good deal of time.

I don't use the other features they offer (application, maintenance requests, document sharing, listing syndication).

I see very little reason to pay the TK premium on properties listed in Roofstock, which is nothing more than Redfin for investors with a few extra features attached, like the inspection report.
