Long story short he called the scam wholesaler on the phone so we could watch how he handled the situation...Jerry told the scammer he should have been upfront and disclose some things about the property and then talked about being honest and upfront - I clicked on a link about his FLIPSTER software and of course, then I was emailed an opportunity to get FLIPTSTER his proprietary software for $97 I clicked on that link and  I watched another video showing all the great things that FLIPSTER can do, so I bought it and then after the sale was completed I was taken to an upsell page which basically told me that everything I wanted out of FLIPSTER wasn't available to me at the $97 price point and if I wanted all the features I saw in the misleading video I would have to pay $297 a month.I emailed their so-called manager and sent the video that I recorded with the exact time Jerry talks about getting FLIPSTER for $97 and waited a day to be told that Jerry says in the video that the $97 is just the starting point - which it does not - I asked her about integrity and she never answered me she only told me she was canceling my order - Really that's how you want to do business?

You have a website you feature on your SEO business site Creamcityhousebuyers I believe it is.The simplest way you can tell that an SEO company does it wrong, is by looking at their clients backlink profile and you need to ask a simple question when looking at these backlinks. Is this link there for Google Ranking Manipulation or is it there because the website the link is on is a great website and does their traffic get value from that website and does their traffic get actual value clicking on that backlink to your website. On your clients site there are extremely shady backlinks that are obviously only put there to manipulate the rankings. The link structure is set up in a way that you can simply put one blog article per domain name and then buy a new domain name and put one blog article on that domain name and collect a million website each linking to your clients site.
