Best Free or reasonable App or software for DIY Landlords

Hello All,

My first post so apologies in advance if this has been discussed earlier. I own a small Real Estate business in the Dallas area named Earth to Moon Realty LLC. Mostly deal in commercial real estate such as medical buildings, warehouses and a couple of residential units. Overall less than 10 units/buildings. Is there an app I can use to track my rental income, expenses? I grew out of Excel but not large enough to have a dedicated person help with accounting. I do have a full time job so looking for an app to make life easier.

I tried Tenant Cloud but hated it. Very complicated and not what I wanted. Any guidance will be much appreciated :)

Stay safe and God Bless!

@Kunal Thapar I suggest that you look into a few property management software options before making your final decision. Since you have less than 50 units, I think a free software should have all the features you are looking for, instead of paying for one. Finding the best software for you really comes down to your personal needs and what features you're looking for the software to have. There are a few sites that do a good job of comparing different property management software companies, while giving you a chance to look into customer reviews. Capterra is such a site I've used in the past to do this -https://www.capterra.com/rental-property-management-software/
