We do have a few people that we have done business with willing to invest with us based on our track record, however, based on the amount we intend to raise based on specific goals accredited investors are deemed fit the best option.

Facebook marketplace leads to a lot of tire kickers, but it is also nice being able to check out their profiles to see what type of person they may be and if they fit your tenant profile.

Unfortunately, a great contractor who fits well with your vision and style can sometimes be hard to find.

Even though it's very important to get someone in and start getting those payments every month, it's more important to have good tenants that fit your personality.
