BP is an excellent way to get started with networking and education.

Their marketing is excellent and very informative. 

You will want to pivot in excel and then comb through chunks of the data, to find comparable properties and make sure owner-blocks of the calendar, or unexplainable monthly anomalies in revenue, are not skewing your comparable property data set.     

That is with $0 into the deal, which is excellent.

I was skeptical about Pipedrive but after reading Adam's comments on it and some other people, I started using it a few months ago and it's excellent.

All units are rented and have an excellent track record.   

. :)If they are dodgy about showing this stuff, or want you to focus on some future projection they've created in Excel or via a guru framework (yup, the taxi alternatives have taxi gurus just like we have RE and airbnb gurus!)

I should also mention the house is worth 450-500K, has no debt, and is in excellent condition...today and rents for$3K per month.
