They will often tell you to bid higher than what you had originally thought to try and "win" a bid (otherwise they make no money).

What are your thoughts on the pros/cons of making another principle payment with the extra cash from your roommates rather than using it to pay for the operating expenses and capital and living for free that way?

Here's a question I thought I'd take to the forums since I can't seem to wrap my head around it...I'm currently looking at a multi-unit and the numbers look good as far as the monthly cash flow, ROI, price, rents (relatively stable), etc.
