It looks like a motor and tank with a piece in the middle missing.  

The thing to keep in mind is they are incredibly W-2 intensives and have tens and tens of moving pieces.

I don't suppose it counts but I once gave a tenant a piece of my mind.......

Blah, blah, blah...From an actual investor standpoint, the intrinsic value of a piece of property is going to be it's current value based on future discounted cash flows at its "highest and best use."

We will sell this house and look for another to flip.If I create a C-Corp, or other entity, how does the financial piece work?

@Nathan Miller @Jassem A. educating landlords and verifying tenants is a big piece of it.

They don't seem to make any distinction on the pricing (at least online) for firsts vs seconds. 

A fixed piece of glass or painted piece of plywood (if no light is needed) would look much better and probably be easier to install...
