I will not for a second disagree with the claim that the mortgage industry has taken a 180 degree turn from 2007 and now, 10 years on, is exactly as stupid as in 2007, but on the other extreme a decade later in 2017.However, the examples in this thread aren't that.

I should have clarified that I was referring to the instance in which the investor serves as his/her own management company, which seemed to be the theme mentioned above.We'll have to agree to disagree on your assessment that small multis present an "increased" management headache.
