I'm curious to hear from you and what your greatest dilemmas are from your existing funding sources.  

They should be able to solve problems to expedite closings whether you are selling or buying.

My main concern and dilemma is obviously getting started.

However, it was intended to solve the problems associated with majority owners of fractionalized interests being restricted by the lack of action or decision-making of minority owners.Have equal interests can be a disadvantage if a stalemate exists and your partner, when an entity or natural person, has different plans. 

All you're doing is solving his problem.

Obviously prices are really high, and my dilemma is this: I can continue to piss away 1500 in rent every month until there is a correction (hopefully), or I can try to find a modest 2b/2b in a more affordable area (Mar vista, Westchester, parts of culver city).I'm leaning towards the latter because I know that all of my work will be near Santa Monica/Playa Vista for at least the next 5-10 years.

Sounds like you reduced the problem with the previous fix, but it's not solved yet.

Solve the problem....stop focusing on the extraneous stuff.

When that happens and you have a good community around you it's easy to solve the unplanned.

Or do they get a pass as a protected class and we should just look the other way and let some other person risk their lives and financial help to try and solve this issue.And again its not just Memphis is literally every big city in the US that has a blighted urban Core or SFR areas like this that have turned into low end rental areas.
