pull permits to make sure that homeowner repairs are within code, if you are doing a flip or renting it out you want to make sure that the improvements are safe or you could end up with unexpected costs.

We're both non-smokers (a property that hasn't been smoked in would be outstanding) who seek a 3+ bedroom (possibly 2 bedroom if there were a separate office), 1.5+ bathroom house with a fenced yard, garage (2+ car preferred) in a very safe & secure neighborhood (I will travel some for work). 

We utilized 506 (c) and or 506 (b) safe harbor exemption from registration.  

The homes are safe and clean, but have antique railings (wide gaps), some knob and tube wiring, and asbestos based building materials.I am in the midst of writing my lease agreement and would like people's opinion on the benefits or necessity of adding the following disclosure statement to the Indemnity Section:"HISTORIC HOME DISCLOSURE - The Owners disclose that the Property was built before modern building codes existed with building practices and materials that were common at the time.

I want to know that Real estate investment with Bratch Realty is Safe or not.

Simpli Safe has the best alarm for remote arming and such, you can set it all from your phone whenever you want and give specific codes for specific people who have access to  your property. 

Not the best area, but certainly safe nowadays and livable.
