The platform won't be managing because it's essentially having each individual "manage" their own property via VA And AI.Rental payments will go directly into each of our accounts, and showing units for lease or sale and negotiate contract terms we will use a licensed real estate agent.

So one duplex, 2 owners and each owner also have individually owned properties.
