I won't do a loan in NY but you can lean on me for a pep talk, strategy, or free how to fix your credit score.

So curious if any other investors have found a strategy that is working for them in SLC market specifically. 

I haven't done any research into the Fed-ex Freight/Custom Critical routes because it's hard enough recruiting prospects with squeaky clean records that the company would qualify with a standard C class License.

The Book on House Hacking Strategies by Bigger Pockets is also a fantastic book4.

My accountant set it up for me and she set it up as tenants are customers and properties are classes.

I'd recommend looking at some additional strategies that we post about in the marketplace.

What would be the exit strategy?
