When they pay for the power bill, you just don't see that kind of behavior. 

I now find it difficult to trust a company with such questionable behavior moving forward.

Do you know of a tenant screening company that allows the tenant to access their credit report & score and their eviction & criminal history and share it (electronically) with a tenant referral company and then share it with the owner?

Background, criminal, credit/debt, income checks all displayed in a single dash to help you make a much more holistic decision.

If they were I report their behavior as a PM to the local realtor association because that level PM is not allowed.

In addition to checking income, employment verification, criminal background and the tenant’s rental history / evictions we wanted to set a minimum standard credit score we would allow.
