Out of this fair market rent the government pays a portion and the tenant pays a portion.

The doctors there are credible enough to evaluate the pets mental state. 

These services (some government-provided, some religious-affiliated, some business-related, and some charity related,) all require the citizen to be extremely delinquent on a bill before offering assistance. 

I believe that Medicaid has an income limit, so you may or may not qualify...but you can usually Google "do I qualify for..." and there are government sites that will usually ask some questions and try to point you in the right direction.

Why put yourself out there as a Realtor if not to gain credibility from the association? 

I would have to show that I was ordered to moved by the government (qualified extended duty).

If I just placed my income into the bank of my LLC then will that count as credibility?

Finally built up enough credit and most importantly CREDIBILITY.
