In Texas the only annual costs for the LLC will be filing the tax return and franchise tax form if you use a CPA to do it for you.

Hello all,I've been a landlord for about 3 years now and I'm looking to Network with other Investors.

It's a given that it would cost more than the same trip via a ground car, even if ground transportation doesn't gain its own improvements (which it will - autonomous networked vehicles will make the ground trip safer, faster, and cheaper than present ground transit, and that is *much* closer to a broad implementation than air taxis). 

First, I commend you for taking that first step in your real estate investing career, and that is reaching out on BiggerPockets.To answer your question, I would sign up for your local real estate investment club in your area and network with a few contractors and renovators.
