Hosting a meetup for networking
Hello all,
I've been a landlord for about 3 years now and I'm looking to Network with other Investors. I was considering hosting a meetup to network and potentially create partnerships. I've been to a few seminars and meetups and had a tough time networking there because initially there's usually a presentation and then boom! their trying to sell you a product towards the end. :(.
Has anyone been to a Seminar where it was strictly networking or are most seminars held by Guru's trying to sell their product?
My idea was to just host a meetup myself and network. I already have access to a venue. By the way i'm located in NY but I invest In NJ and CT.
Any replies will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in adavance.
