I stand corrected scenario 1 - interest rate is 4.75%  and scenario 2 is also 4.75% along with a 7 year term .

If I use my normal title company they will check for liens, verify taxes, etc as per usual before closing, correct?

I stumbled across a website that had heat maps and rankings for the cities in terms of most desireable so I was just looking to see if some of those would be confirmed by a local as being correct.
