There was no heating or cooling of any kind.

Sometimes our impulse it to fire back at a negative review, but I have never regretted waiting to cool off.

My wife and I are looking to purchase a rental property (BRRRR or Househacking) in the Eastern WV Panhandle (Jefferson County) or Frederick County, Maryland (Particularly Brunswick and Frederick areas) at some point in the next year (We are waiting on the sidelines for a bit to save up and allow the market to cool down).

For two main reasons: 1- I’m not sure it will really provide long term benefits to the tech firms jumping on the bandwagon now 2- I’m not sure how many employees will ultimately like it, after the forced-Covid-novelty wears off. i.e. it’s hard to get all those cool tech co benefits like free gourmet food, gyms, awesome office spaces, etc., etc. piped over a zoom meeting ;)As for WFH effect on the Bay Area, keep in mind that when people work from home, their direct environment becomes MORE, not less important.

People already think i'm nuts so its cool....lol I just understand the need for affordable housing and community.

Even if you don't do it, you know the numbers work if you ever needed to.That being said, McKinney is a really cool area that has a great downtown atmosphere.

Obviously it'd replace my corporate job at some point, but that's cool because I want to be out and about flying drones and using technology to help realtors.

The heating and cooling has also been removed so it is not currently lendable with a conventional loan
