People are not able to get lending.3 sentiment fuelling itself4 gov limiting forgien investment.( Particular China.That's has caused a current drop in prices 7 - 10%The thing is amazing as it's very controlled to watch.Our inflation is lower than target rate of 3% now hovering at 2.5%.Our cash rate is historically low at 1.5% .The RBA trying to stimulate growth.Unemployment rate at 5ish %.Population growth is ridiculous.We are going through a slowdown in the housing market at the moment.The economic fundamentals interesting to watch.Plus the audience dollar is good hedge to the global situation.Culture of Australia is that everyone what's to own there own home.

my issue is you have someone you cant control still in title. if they get in a mess with IRS or some other issue next thing you know you have a buggered up title.

I ended up buying the LLC Master Machine.As an introduction, I am an attorney myself; my practice area focuses on business entity formations and governing documents, i.e. operating agreements for LLCs and bylaws, shareholder agreements for corporations, etc.I can honestly say that the level of detail with regard to the tax citations and reasoning to include such citations is well worth the money.

Most of them only put down $10.00, if that to control the property and most of the time they are out of time for settlement.When a situation like this is presented to me, I want to call the deed  holder to let them know what is going on - if I am going to take an assignment I don't want any surprises.
