Personally, I wouldn't see +$150/m as being a deal breaker, but perhaps your target market does.Also, my property manager calls this upcoming time of year the "renter black hole".

I personally would not hide this information from the banks and some of the reading i have done suggest that is what some people do and it puts a black mark on the industry.
