All questions you should consider. or maybe, save every last cent that you can and when you get out of the military, move to El Paso and then begin your RE career, pay all cash for cheap properties, do the fixing yourself and manage them yourself = money maker!

I appreciate your honesty about being new, and it sounds like you have a solid backgroud for a promising career. 

I don't want to do this as a hobby but turn this into my career and my aggressive mindset will surely lead me down that path however I truly feel like I will not be comfortable doing this until I know I have someone I can rely on in the industry.
