I've really enjoyed the ones i've read.Random info: I just learned that bi-monthly and bi-weekly can mean the same thing due to the pre-fix "bi" being able to mean EITHER "occurring twice in" OR "occurring every two".

In your opinion is it worth  spending more/lower ROI in the Quincy are to secure more dependent tenants and invest in an area where more appreciation may occur VS spending less/ greater ROI (cash flows are better) in an area such as brockton/stoughton?

If you are setting aside funds for capex, taxes, insurance, or other expenses that don't occur monthly, transfer those funds to Savings each month and hold them there until it's time to spend them.
