OK, well then I'm sure you know you need to be a licensed real estate broker to do that kind of work in Florida. 

For example, I spend considerable time contacting agents, property manager, lawyers, contractor, mortgage brokers, etc to building a team of ongoing contacts and selecting couple that best fit for my company and BRRRR strategy, I also read the book by David Greene title BRRRR.

Something like the buyer NOT signing an extension could break that chain of mutual effort, but again, contact an attorney and/or your agents broker

It might help to work with a list broker who can make some suggestions and help you work with a couple different lists.

I know this because my mortgage broker looked into it for me 3 weeks ago.

Also, people in the area locally (realtors, brokers) know this stuff intimately so placing a call to a realtor or broker in the area you are looking would also be hugely beneficial.
