@Carl FischerI periodically experience glitches with BP - unable to tag people, unable to copy/paste, a message I already posted still shows as an unposted draft right below the posted copy of it, etc.Usually these glitches disappear on their own after awhile, with no action on my part.

Usually, all this happens before the County taxes are due, in which case the County will send you a revised tax bill with the reduced amount.I know this can be a bit overwhelming/confusing your first time, but it's really a pretty simple process once you learn the ropes.The hard part is convincing the Assessor that your value should be lowered!

I have had Medicaid question the sale of a house retrospectively, questioning the sale price because we bought below FMV, however, a letter explaining the price based on the “as is” condition of the house and the expenses required for renovate to get the house to FMV was sufficient.
