Hello BP fam, Another beginner question..I am wanting to invest in SFRs in LV(I have family there and grew up there).

I’ve written a book addressing the ‘Zero Down’ strategy; I have advised and educated, at no cost, attorneys, real estate brokers and agents, escrow officers, sellers, homebuyers, beginner real estate investors, and others from time to time, in the course of doing this business over the years.

As a beginner real estate agent (way back when) I detested showings etc in that area for safety reasons, and 90% of people looking in that area weren't even close go qualifying for financing.- so scary time spent was time wasted.
