We don't charge a fee if renter renews so we are setup that we have no motivation to put a bad renter in and late fees we split .

Norfolk is very spotty on crime rates - Ghent is upscale but surrounded by impoverishment, then the city goes into a pattern of good street, bad street, good street, bad street.. for about 20 blocks.

I am also a licensed real estate broker with Nottingham Realty Group and I have had a lot of success helping investors (both local and out-of-state) buy investment properties, repair them, and either lease them to quality tenants (BRRRR) or sell them as a flip (BRSR).
