I am studying Community and Regional Planning with aspirations of getting my Masters in Planning as well as my MBA in Real Estate (it is a dual program here).

I'm a ULI member, and have been involved in helping them pivot the ULI Education classes towards entrepreneurs, from a longtime focus on bigger firms.

I'm open to investing myself, or working as a financial expert for an investor/entrepreneur.

I am an EMT turned entrepreneur and excited about my start in Real Estate Investing!

Step 1 Create list of cities/towns you may be interested in I am using statistics such as entrepreneur friendly cities, cities with increasing average wages and a list of areas I think may hold promise or which I have personal connection.

Attendance is usually 35-50.This month the scheduled speaker is a Battalion Chief from the City of Columbus, Division of Fire who will be discussing fire safety in rentals.You can also go online and find a website for COREE (Columbus Ohio Real Estate Entrepreneurs) which meets, I believe, the first Tuesday every month.

As a rising Senior in college who just launched a Marketing Agency with an already successful Entrepreneur in Harrisonburg, VA this is exactly the stuff that I am also looking for. 

I have been helping others to become successful RE investors and entrepreneurs and this is part of what is holding me back.  

This is my first post, so I hope this community of fellow entrepreneurs can shed some light.I am in the beginning stages of doing my first double close.
