Hi everyone, I'm Herwin. I'm originally from Vancouver, Canada but have been living in London, UK for the last 2 years. My family is invested in real estate in Modesto, California, and I'm looking to learn the ropes and get further involved.

I am working as a Financial Manager for a Fortune 100, but I'm interested in moving into Real Estate (California, London, or Vancouver). I'm open to investing myself, or working as a financial expert for an investor/entrepreneur. If you have advice on how to transition from a corporate career to real estate, would love to hear your thoughts.
