It takes time to plant roots which is why growing where you are planted is usually a better option.Cost of living is generally lower in the Midwest and Southern States, TN is a good low cost area, but as mentioned above, you don't want depressed counties, if you look at the above points and an area passes those points it won't be a depressed area.  

Hello everyoneI just bought my first investment property in Southern California.

The movement lives  on I just got this email from my ex broker in Southern California   a large wholesaler "I'm not 1,000% this is legit but from a quick Google search it does appear to be.At any rate, I saw enough to convince me to send it out to ya'll.Homevestors or some other entity is trying to trademark "We Buy Houses" whichmeans any marketing or use of the statement subjects all of the rest of us to royaltiesor lawsuits.Apparently there is a petition to stop it.

My sister lives in Southern California and she and her neighbors have a go to list for handymen, painters, etc.

Please tell me this mentor is someone who "mentors" nationally and just doesn't know what they are talking about.HAH....actually...shes a mentor here in Southern CA.
