I’m in search of a worksheet/ software that could provide cash flow projections, values, etc in 5,10,15,20 years.

What I am curious is with 3rd party booking software to integrate booking sites, interface with service providers, etc. 

You may need to search by the address of the buyer as they may change their name or the name of the entity on each purchase.You can also buy lists from companies like list source and subscribe to software that will show you who the cash buyers are.

Recently we have skiptraced our 3rd list, we acquired this list from the county foreclosure site, unlike the lists that come from our software program (propstream), these lists are completely unorganized.

I emailed customer support and they kept telling me to send screen shots of their broken software, they basically used me to fix some of their bugs but only gave me credit.

I love it as their client however I know its a costly software.

I get way better return on Craigslist and other sites my software syndicates to.
