Banks are very eager to lend on this stuff now, I have shopped around and have found all their terms to be about the same.

I currently am a heavy equipment mech and shop manager for a major beverage company, but have worked as a maintenance super for a 165 unit complex so i am able to do that type of work if someone would like to do some sort of partnership and my wife was one of the office people at the same complex.

I have a couple lenders who offer these terms (or better)...if you shop the small, local banks in your area, you should be able to find terms close to this.

I will be trying to get a hold of another attorney tomorrow to see if we can challenge the "ruling" :)They have everybody in a tizzy about "SS fraud" I found a title company who will do these (and insure them) in their current configuration and am shopping for rates now.
