BM REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS (BMRES)

Has anyone been contacted by Christopher Stevens, Vice President for BM Real Estate Solutions (BMRES), out of Littleton, CO? They called me and are offering an exclusive contract with them if I "partner" with them and pay them $6,500.00. I checked with the CO Attorney General's Office and Department of Real Estate, as well as here in Texas, and NO ONE has them on file. It sounds like a good deal and they are guaranteeing everything in writing, but I am still wary, especially since here in Texas, they have to be registered to do business. I would appreciate any feedback.

Will they put up 100% of the funds needed including all closing costs, rehab costs, taxes, insurance etc.?

If so then offer to put the $6,500 fee into an escrow account with a lawyer in Texas. BMRES will receive the $6,500 upon completion (final sale) of the second or third deal (home).

This creates incentives for both sides, you and BMRES, to work hard to succeed.

Bottom line: It's your money ($6,500)
