Although politicians don't like this threat, and it will take a long time to find politicians who are willing to give up some power, we taxpayers should promote the discussion and refinement of this system.

It is being promoted by many suppliers.

I only "bash" those that promote dishonest dealings.

I'm also in the process of starting a social media account to help promote the property on FB and IG. 

I hope this does not count as "self-promotion" but if you want to check out the projects we get, my wife is posting them to the Instagram account "flippinwiththewoods" lol Once we finish each project I also plan on showing all the numbers, total cost, total profit, monthly cash flows etc. and hopefully help others learn as we go. 

Although I cannot be too specific because of BP's self-promotion rules.

I was promoted about a year later to a coordinator position and when said accountant retired, I was given the accounting position.  

Dont BS them, or start promoting crap though. they dont tend to like it.
