The tenant mother/roommate passed away.

My father has kept his finances very close to him and does not share it with the family, including my mother, solely out of pride and not wanting us to worry about (him) them.

I say hospital, because I am a nurse and many of my co workers do look for a place thats close to home.

A young couple of college grads wants something else, than a young family, a travelling nurse or a single section 8 tenant.Once you have answered both questions its relativley easy to find the right property.

So, the owner would continue to live in the house until passing or medically retreats to a nursing home care.At this point I am proceeding to view the property and collect documents for tax/mortgage/title/bills/insurance/permits etc… and start running the numbers.

Downstairs to a small family and upstairs to a single mother/father.

And the two people that are living there with their mom are telling me all of this stuff that are wrong with the house and it red flags in my mind for the excuse of not being able to leave out of this house I asked them directly what happens if their mother happens to sell the house where do they go they didn't have a straight answer for me and I ask that pertinent question to try to make a win-win type of situation in regards to being able to connect the dots with someone else it might be able to help them out and getting into a place of course that depends on their current situation and financial status and all of that as well as jobs in other factors.

Fake news that’s probably written by some millennial punk who lives in his mothers basement , this is a people based industry and people have not changed much since the garden .people have been tested for thousands of years during hard times .Those living above their means will down size to an apartment smaller home or move to areas more affordable .

One target I’m considering experimenting with is travel nurses- they’re highly paid, but may not want to commit to a year long lease.
