If you can figure out the manufacturer then I would start calling Lowes, Home Depot, etc and see if the carry that manufacturer.

Bear in mind though, a greater percentage on rental part works better for you in most circumstances.Of course, if your passive income is not sufficient for the rental part interest deduction, you must carry it over into the future.
