If you have to finance a good chunk of that 185-190k the cash flow gets really tight really fast.I spent many years living in the codos at 2707 Valmont Rd up in Boulder.

There are two ways to set them up, either:property1/Interest Expenseproperty2/Interest Expenseproperty3/Interest Expenseproperty1/Repairs....or:Interest Expense Property1 Property2 Property3I set everything up the 2nd way because my accountant wanted totals on how much I spent on Interest Expense versus Repairs for example.
