So many houses I've seen that look promising from multiple pictures end up being black holes of disrepair.After the walk through, then decide if $5-10k is all that it's gonna take.I'm now skeptical on houses that look like "steals" if no one else has scooped them, what is it about it that is why no one has scooped it?

You can send a PM to multiple colleagues at once by adding their usernames, separated by a comma, to the to field in a conversation.Everyone will see everyone's responses, though.I wouldn't send a message to a bunch of people who don't know one another, though.

Banks/Lenders really don't like LLC's who are new and/or are a pool of investors.If you go into this loan with multiple people (outside the LLC) the bank is going to use the lowest (middle) score of the bunch.
